Sure, Toy Story 3 scarred us for life with the scene where the toys hung over the incinerator, but aside from that horror, we can agree that the Disney Pixar franchise is pretty family friendly. Now, you may be wondering — where was the lesbian scene in Toy Story 4? The One Million Moms reckon that Disney are trying to normalise same-sex parents — which, yes, they are, and more power to them — and are corrupting the minds of kids. But the scene was included and intentionally not announced prior to the movie release in hopes it would be kept quiet to expose as many children as possible.
Evelyn seduces a young girl | lesbian story from EvelynLi | An Erotic Story
A radical parents website is calling for a boycott of Toy Story 4 due to a scene that features a same-sex couple. According to One Million Moms , the scene that has caused them to get all hot under the collar occurs at the start of the film when Bonnie is dropped off at her first day of kindergarten with Woody in tow. In the background, another child is dropped off who appears to have two mothers who are clearly raising the child together, which is apparently done in order to 'desensitise children'. Later, the moms return to pick up their child who gives them a hug. The scene is subtle in order to to desensitize children. But it is obvious that the child has two mothers, and they are parenting together.
10 women on what their first lesbian experience was like
By Bridie Pearson-jones For Mailonline. One scene at the start of the movie, shows Woody's new owner Bonnie attend her first day of pre-school, in the background a lesbian couple are seen with their child. Later, they are pictured again picking up their son. They have no lines. Combined the two scenes only last a few seconds, but they have outraged the group 'One Million Moms' who have accused Disney of 'blindsiding families' by creating a 'dangerous moment of normalisation'.
Mild spoilers for the film to follow. When Bonnie goes to kindergarten, she sits at a table and looks nervously around the room. We see some of the other kids saying goodbye to their parents, including one boy receiving a hug from both his moms. Later on, we see the same kid being picked up from school by his beaming mothers. Yes, I remember the supposed lesbian representation in Finding Dory , but that was even less than this.
