Jennifer Araoz, now 32, says a young woman approached her outside Manhattan's Talent Unlimited High School in , when Araoz was a freshman. The woman told NBC she was pumped for details about her personal life, and asked about her family and their financial situation, but in a kind and unassuming way. Araoz came from modest means, and her father had died while she was in middle school. On Monday, Epstein was indicted on and pleaded not guilty to child sex trafficking charges in Manhattan federal court. Prosecutors argue that he deliberately preyed upon underage women who were "particularly vulnerable to exploitation," enlisting recruiters to bring him "a steady stream of minor[s].
AP — A year-old northern Indiana boy has pleaded guilty in the fatal stabbing of a schoolmate who was pregnant with his child. Aaron Trejo pleaded guilty Wednesday to murder and feticide. Joseph County judge has scheduled his sentencing for Jan. Prosecutors say Trejo told officers he killed Rouhselang because he was angry that she waited so long to tell him she was pregnant that it was too late to get an abortion. Her body was found in a dumpster in their hometown of Mishawaka, about 80 miles kilometers east of Chicago. Trejo was a Mishawaka High School football player and Rouhselang was a team manager.
The adult is identified as Jayson N. George-Santoro, Deputies say the juvenile is a year-old boy.

Holt sat back in his patrol car in awe of this teenager, watching as he took off his own jacket and draped it over an elderly woman struggling to get to her car, escorting her the rest of the way there.
