There are four eight-week sessions each year. Classes are typically 90 minute periods and meet one day a week. They may vary in length from 4 weeks to 8 weeks. OLLI offers widely varied non-credit courses of interest to persons 50 years of age or older at each session.

Our YMCAs offer a wide variety of group fitness classes for almost every ability and interest. You'll find low-impact and beginner classes, cardio fitness, dance, Pilates, cycle and Yoga and more advanced cycle, boot camp and kickboxing classes. Members under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The classes are held in over thirty locations throughout San Francisco, in neighborhoods that are accessible by bus or BART. Classes are open for enrollment at any time during the semester, as long as the class is not already full. To enroll simply attend a class and fill out a registration form there.
